Assa E-Lite Coin Locks

Assa E-Lite is a mechanical lock for cupboards with a footprint different to Assa Classic. The locks are available only for 1 or 2 Euro, 50 and 20 Eurocent or £1. The case is provided with an integrated coin return tray.

The Coin Lock can be ordered for right or lefthanded lockers. Available cylinders: fixed cylinder, covering up to 25mm material thickness, removable cylinders covering up to 29 mm material thickness. The cylinder can be master keyed. Assa E-Lite is made of polycarbonate and chromated brass to resist corrosive environments.

If a round hole has been made in the door then ASSA´s reinforcement plate is recommended, part number 492875, with a hole profile adapted for the lock cylinder. Otherwise security is endangered. The reinforcement plate is ordered separately.

Function

When the correct coin is inserted the lock can be locked and the key can be removed.

When the lock is opened with the key the coin passes through into the coin return tray, and the user removes the coin.

When inserting a coin with too small diameter the coin will automatically pass trough into the return tray.

tokens. The lock can be provided with a coin return tray or a coin collecting box.

The Coin Lock can be ordered for right-or lefthanded lockers.

Assa Coin Lock is designed so that the key always remains captive in the lock after use, available for a new visitor.

Assa Card Lock is a mechanical card lock for cupboards.

Hole punched cards will give access to lock with keys. The lock can be made to accept one hole punched or two hole

punched cards.

On request, when assembling the lock for one hole punched cards, 4 different located card codes are available

and for two hole punched cards, 20 different card codes are available.

The card lock can be ordered for right-or lefthanded lockers.

A range of cylinders covering different demands of material thickness and security levels, can be used. The cylinder is

master keyed.
